The Bookia platform, AI tools, and other services are copyrighted by our company. You may use these tools only within the platform.

3. AI USAGE ETHICS

Permitted Uses

• Creative writing support
• Grammar and style improvement
• Using content suggestions
• Research and analysis support

Prohibited Uses

• Generating harmful content
• Copyright infringement
• Spam or misleading content
• Stealing personal information

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT TYPES

Restricted Content

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Subscription Payments

• Cancellation requests are processed immediately
• Pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time

Book Sales

• Authors receive 85%, Bookia receives 15% commission
• Payments are made monthly
• Minimum payout amount is 100 TRY
• Taxes are the author's responsibility

6. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

The Bookia platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or other technical issues.

Users use the platform at their own risk and responsibility. We recommend regularly backing up your content.
